-Gourd lamp:
The gourds are naturally grown in the garden, their exact sizes and shapes vary.
-Electrical installation:
The gourd lamp is equipped with power cord (230 V European plug), switch and light bulb.
-Accessories:
The gourd lamps are shipped with an individually designed wrought-iron wall hook, a wooden lamp stand or ceiling suspension (see pictures below). Some of the lamps are decorated with beads, marbles, feathers, raffia, sea shells or paint.

If you want your lamp without accessories or electrical lighting equipment, please let me know by email.

Packaging

The gourd lamps are wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in cardboard boxes.
The approximate weight is 2 kg. Please unpack your gourd lamp carefully, it is quite fragile!

Shipping

Lamps in stock are sent off within a few days after receipt of payment. This doesn't include lamps which are specifically produced for you upon your order. In this case I'll individually agree on the delivery time with you.
I ship in registered international parcels. Shipping takes approximately 2 days within Hungary, up to 7 days to European countries, and 10-15 days overseas, but I can't guarantee precise delivery times.

If you require time-guaranteed express delivery or any other special services, please contact me.
You will receive the tracking number of your parcel by email when it is on its way.
Please check the shipment for possible damage upon arrival, if possible in the presence of the carrier, and if need be please notify the carrier and Serka immediately.

For orders of one single lamp:
Hungary: Free in case of personal pick-up in Budapest, by parcel 2000 Forints
EU countries (by DPD parcel service): EUR 18
Other European countries: EUR 30
Overseas: EUR 40 or 55 US dollars

For orders of several lamps:
The precise shipping fees depend on the number of lamps ordered and will be individually agreed by email.

I accept payment by PayPal or bank transfer.
For orders from outside the European Union, please check your country's customs regulations as I can't take any responsibility for taxes or duties you may have to pay in your country.

In case a gourd lamp you ordered doesn't correspond to your expectations you can return it to Serka in undamaged condition within 14 days of receipt.
The purchase price will immediately be refunded to you. The return shipping cost has to be born by the customer.
If the lamp suffers damage in the meantime, the respective cost must be covered.

In other questions the Hungarian legal regulations related to Internet sales apply:
Law 2001/CVIII on electronic trading, government decree 17/1999 on distance selling contracts.

I treat all data confidentially, don't pass any data on to third parties, and comply with the data protection regulations.
